We are asking everyone to bring a snack to share; Chips, cookies, maybe a favorite party dip. Drinks will be
provided. Please tell us what snack you are bringing and what is your favorite drink ( Pepsi, Coke, diet Pepsi, diet Coke,
Mountain dew, orange, Mist, water) so we know what to buy. Again this year Friday night will be a pizza party. Saturday lunch
you are on your own. Dinner on Saturday will be provide and on Sunday we will provide a brunch.

Cancellation information: If we
cancel 100% will be refunded to you. If you cancel 30 days prior to the event, your money willl be refunded minus the $50.00
deposit which is not refundedable.
The 1863 Inn of Gettysburg has given us a discounted price for hotel
rooms booked with them for this event. The cost each night is only $84.00 for a single or double so book with a friend and
