November is 8,9,10, 2024 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for some reason, you are unable to make it to the event we must know 30 days prior to be able to move your seat to the next event or a refund. Email Ginny at [email protected] 

If you cancel less than 30days no refunds. Ee have to plan, pay for the room and projects for the weekend. In the case of an emergency let me know prior to event. 

• Unlimited scrapbooking the entire weekend
• Dinner on Friday and Saturday night. Snack on Sunday. Hotel guest receive a free breakfast each morning
• Goodie bag/Gift
• An opportunity to win door prizes throughout the weekend (must be present to win)
• Classes/make and takes
• Everyone brings a snack to share
• Soda and water are provided

Cancellation policy: You must cancel within 30 days or more to receive a refund or to transfer to another event minus the $50.00 deposit.
